"This financing model combines copyright value with financial innovation, and the bank, as the issuer of the financing letter of guarantee, truly adds bank credit to enterprise credit, which not only realises the valorisation and liquidity of copyright assets, but also strengthens the market recognition of the enterprise." The relevant person in charge of the Bank of Chengdu introduced that the Copyright ABN under the "Chengdu Model" can help enterprises break through their own credit limitations, enhance the liquidity of intellectual property assets, and leverage national resources to provide financial support and promote enterprise development.
